Bazaari Global Finance Ltd. is hiring an MIS Executive for its Jodhpur location. The candidate will be responsible for preparing daily reports, maintaining business data, analyzing performance metrics, and generating accurate MIS reports to support business operations and management decisions in the NBFC sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for business operations.
- Maintain and update sales, disbursement, collection, and branch performance data.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel and ensure data accuracy.
- Consolidate data received from different branches and departments.
- Create and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Analyze business data and highlight discrepancies or performance gaps.
- Track loan applications, login files, approvals, and disbursement figures.
- Maintain records and ensure timely submission of reports to management.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Collection teams for data requirements.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error checking.
- Handle ad hoc reports and other MIS-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1–2 Years in MIS / Reporting / Data Management.




- Qualification: Graduate in any stream preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and data filtering.
- Knowledge of data cleaning, reporting, reconciliation, and dashboard preparation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, email, and computer operations.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to prepare accurate reports and meet deadlines.
- NBFC / Banking / Financial Services experience preferred.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 CTC per month Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan
