About the Role

Mempulse Technologies is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional with expertise in the Project Management and Support module for the Pulse application. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CRM configuration, customization, application support, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business and project requirements.
- Work on Project Management and Support functionalities within the Pulse application.
- Provide L1/L2 application support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical and functional queries.
- Manage CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve application issues while ensuring smooth system operations.




- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to implement enhancements.
- Prepare technical documentation, maintain support records, and follow incident management processes.
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing application maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience with Project Management and Support module functionalities in the Pulse application.
- Strong understanding of CRM configuration, customization, workflows, and business processes.
- Experience in application support, incident troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dataverse is an advantage.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
