About the Position

Zenzebra is seeking a responsible and organized Micro Store Captain to support day-to-day retail operations and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers. This position involves overseeing store upkeep, tracking inventory, maintaining product displays, recording sales information, and coordinating with the operations team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Daily Store Management: Oversee routine store activities and ensure the premises remain clean, organized, and secure.
- Stock and Inventory Control: Track product availability, update inventory records, identify replenishment requirements, and coordinate stock movement.
- Product Presentation: Maintain neat, appealing, and well-organized product displays in line with store presentation standards.
- Customer Assistance: Greet visitors, answer product-related questions, and address customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Sales and Data Records: Record daily sales, customer footfall, and inventory information using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Process and Documentation: Follow established store procedures and ensure operational records are maintained accurately.
- Team Coordination:



Stay in regular contact with the operations team to communicate store requirements and support efficient daily functioning.

Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience in retail, store operations, or store management is preferred.
- Fresh graduates may also apply if they have strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Good verbal communication and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle routine operational challenges.
- A responsible approach to work, with the ability to manage assigned tasks independently.
