We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage product development, production coordination, and merchandising operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, production timelines, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with design, production, sourcing, and sales teams to ensure smooth merchandising operations.
- Manage product development from sampling to final production.
- Source fabrics, trims, and other materials as per product requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Track production schedules, order status, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and product movement.
- Ensure product quality, fit, measurements, and specifications are maintained.
- Maintain merchandising reports, purchase orders, costing sheets,



and production records.
- Follow up on samples, approvals, and production-related requirements.
- Identify and resolve production delays or material-related issues.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the fashion, apparel, or textile industry.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, sampling, and production processes.
- Experience in vendor coordination, costing, and production planning.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Valuable organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate A proactive and organised professional who can manage multiple tasks, coordinate effectively with different teams, and ensure timely production and delivery while maintaining quality standards. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
