Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is looking for an experienced and technically skilled MEP Engineer to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities for residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, technical coordination, quality control, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor MEP installation activities at construction sites.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor installation of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Ensure execution of MEP works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor material requirements, installation progress, and project schedules.
- Conduct testing, inspection, and commissioning of MEP equipment and systems.
- Identify site clashes and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project quality standards.




- Prepare daily progress reports, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of MEP records, as-built drawings, and handover documents.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP engineering and construction projects.
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial building projects preferred.
- Robust knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MEP coordination tools.
- Experience in site supervision, quality control, and testing and commissioning.
