Key Responsibilities:

Inspect electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drainage and fire-fighting installations at construction sites.

Verify site execution against approved drawings, technical specifications, BOQs and applicable codes.

Identify workmanship defects, installation deviations and quality non-conformities.

Review material approvals, inspection requests, testing records and commissioning documents.

Prepare inspection checklists, site observation reports, snag lists and photographic documentation.

Coordinate with civil engineers, consultants, contractors, developers and project management teams.

Track corrective actions and verify closure of outstanding observations.

Monitor MEP work progress and report quality issues,



risks and delays to the reporting manager.

Assist in pre-handover inspections and verification of MEP systems.

Travel to project sites across Delhi NCR and, when required, other locations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
