Job Summary

We are looking for experienced MEP BIM Modelers with 2+ years of experience in developing 3D BIM models and preparing coordinated construction drawings for international projects. Candidates should have hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit MEP.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, installation drawings, and coordinated layouts.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and multidisciplinary MEP teams.
- Update models and drawings based on design changes, consultant comments,



and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and international project requirements.
- Support BIM coordination meetings and deliver accurate models within project timelines.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in MEP BIM modeling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks.
- Experience in preparing MEP shop drawings and coordinated BIM models.
- Understanding of MEP systems, clash detection, and BIM coordination workflows.
- Experience working on international projects is preferred.
