The Role

You will turn international enquiries into confirmed patients. You will guide each person from their first contact through treatment in India, working with hospitals and doctors so that the patient gets transparent communication and personal care at every step.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead conversion: Engage international enquiries quickly, understand each patient’s medical needs, and convert them into confirmed cases.
- Build trust: Answer patients’ concerns with accurate, clear information about treatments, hospitals, costs and timelines.
- Coordinate care:



Work with surgeons and hospitals on treatment plans, quotes and appointments.
- Guide the process: Help patients with medical documentation, visa invitation letters, travel and scheduling.
- Patient relationships: Stay in touch before, during and after treatment, collect feedback, and resolve issues promptly.

What We’re Looking For

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field
- Experience: 2–3 years, ideally in medical tourism or a non-clinical patient-facing healthcare role
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and hospital processes
- Excellent spoken and written English, plus confidence talking with people from different cultures
- Strong empathy, organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
