Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to promote pharmaceutical products across Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, and General Practitioner (GP) segments. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, generating prescriptions, increasing product awareness, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, including Orthopaedic specialists, Gynaecologists, and General Practitioners, to promote the company's pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Explain product features, benefits, indications, and clinical information accurately.
- Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Plan daily doctor visits and ensure effective territory coverage.




- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities as required.
- Monitor competitor products, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with stockists, distributors, and chemists to support product availability.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical marketing guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative in pharmaceutical sales is preferred; freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Experience in Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, or GP-focused therapy segments will be an added advantage.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and doctor relationship management.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
