Role Summary

We are hiring sales professionals from the medical and insurance background to sell metabolic health and wellness programmes, using consultative selling and trust-based conversations with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage leads and consult customers on metabolic health programmes
- Explain programme benefits, outcomes and pricing in a consultative manner
- Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
- Follow up diligently with prospects and manage the complete sales funnel




- Coordinate with the clinical / coaching team for onboarding
- Maintain CRM records and daily reports
- Handle objections around cost, trust and results with empathy

Must-Have Requirements
- Background in medical sales, healthcare, wellness or insurance sales
- Minimum 1- 3 years of relevant sales experience
- Robust consultative selling and communication skills
- Comfort with high-ticket, long-cycle sales

Good to Have

- Experience selling health plans, diagnostics, or chronic care programmes
- Knowledge of lifestyle disorders such as diabetes and obesity

Key Performance Indicators

- Enrolments and revenue vs target
- Lead to enrolment conversion
- Customer onboarding experience
