About the company

UpcharHub builds clinic-management software for India's doctors, with a free trial. The software supports 10 Indian languages, including Marathi. Doctors can dictate patient visits by voice, keep digital patient records and print prescriptions. Everything runs in a browser and nothing needs to be installed. We are an early-stage team helping small clinics and solo practitioners move from paper to digital.

What the work involves

Visit doctors, clinics and small hospitals across Pune city daily, demo UpcharHub and explain how it fits their practice.

Onboard new doctors and help them use the software in their first few weeks.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clinic owners and hospital administrators.

Meet monthly onboarding and activation targets for your area.





Report your field activity and pass on what doctors ask for or suggest.

Who we are looking for

Prior experience as a Medical Representative is strongly preferred. You know how to get a doctor's time and keep it.

Graduate in any discipline (a science or pharmacy background is a plus).

Good communication in Hindi/Marathi and English.

Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence, and a smartphone.

Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working independently in the field.

Pay and benefits

Salary: Rs. 20,000 per month.

Travel allowance: Rs. 150 per day.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
