Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare facilities to promote hospital services.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

- Promote hospital specialties, including OPD, IPD, emergency care, surgery, diagnostics, and other available services.

- Generate patient referrals and support the achievement of business development targets.

- Inform doctors about new facilities, specialist consultants, treatment options, health packages, and medical camps.

- Coordinate with consultants and hospital departments to facilitate patient appointments and referrals.

- Conduct regular field visits and maintain a daily visit report.

- Identify recent business opportunities and develop referral networks.

- Organize doctor meetings, health awareness programmes, and medical camps in coordination with the hospital management.

- Monitor competitor activities and share market feedback with management.

- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits,



referral sources, leads, and business generated.

- Ensure all promotional activities comply with hospital policies, patient confidentiality requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate in Pharmacy, or Healthcare Management is preferred.

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in medical sales, hospital marketing, or healthcare business development preferred. Freshers may also apply.

- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to travel regularly for field visits.

- Basic knowledge of hospital services, medical terminology, and the local healthcare market.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and maintaining visit records is preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
