Salary Budget: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Medical EV (Eligibility Verification) Specialist with 1–2 years of mandatory experience in the US healthcare RCM industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in verifying patients' insurance eligibility and benefits, validating insurance coverage, and ensuring accurate information is available before medical services are provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify patients' insurance eligibility and benefits through insurance portals, payer websites, and other available tools.
- Check insurance coverage, policy status, effective and termination dates, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket limits.
- Verify primary and secondary insurance details and identify any discrepancies in patient information.
- Contact insurance companies when required to clarify eligibility and benefit-related queries.
- Update accurate insurance verification details in the system or practice management software.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve eligibility discrepancies and prevent claim denials related to insurance coverage.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established quality standards and turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies while handling confidential patient information.
- Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant Medical EV experience is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of US healthcare insurance eligibility and benefits verification.
- Understanding of deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and insurance coverage.
- Experience working with payer portals and healthcare systems.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity and quality targets.
- Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad and comfortable working night shifts from the office.
