Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Online Patient Consultation

- Conduct teleconsultations through audio/video calls.
- Understand patients' symptoms, medical history, and health concerns.
- Provide appropriate medical advice within the doctor's legally permitted scope of practice.
- Ensure timely consultation and response to patients.

2. Prescription Management

- Generate accurate digital prescriptions where legally authorized.
- Ensure prescriptions include appropriate dosage, frequency, and duration.
- Follow applicable telemedicine guidelines and prescription regulations.
- Maintain accurate prescription records.

3. Patient Care & Guidance

- Address patient queries regarding health conditions and prescribed medications.
- Explain treatment instructions, precautions, and follow-up requirements.
- Identify emergency cases and refer patients for immediate in-person medical care.
- Recommend physical consultations or specialist referrals whenever required.

4. Coordination with CRM & Pharmacy Teams

- Coordinate with the CRM team regarding consultation requests and patient concerns.
- Ensure timely sharing of valid prescriptions through the approved system.
- Assist in resolving prescription-related queries.
- Support smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and pharmacy teams.

5. Documentation & Compliance





- Maintain accurate digital records of consultations and prescriptions.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and data privacy.
- Follow applicable medical ethics, professional standards, and telemedicine regulations.
- Maintain proper consultation records in the company's system.

6. Operational Responsibilities

- Remain available during assigned working hours.
- Attend consultation requests promptly.
- Maintain professional communication with patients.
- Report technical issues, consultation delays, or operational concerns immediately.
- Submit daily consultation reports to management.

Key Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Response Time: Attend consultation requests within the company's defined SLA.
- Consultation Quality: Ensure accurate assessment and appropriate medical guidance.
- Prescription Accuracy: Maintain complete, compliant, and error-free documentation.
- Patient Satisfaction: Maintain qualified and satisfactory patient interactions.
- Productivity: Complete assigned consultations efficiently.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to applicable medical and telemedicine regulations.

Important: BHMS/BAMS doctors must provide consultations and issue prescriptions strictly within their legally authorized scope of practice. Their qualifications do not automatically authorize prescribing allopathic medicines. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
