Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer with strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and hands-on experience in Payment Posting and Charge Entry.

Key Responsibilities

- Train recent hires and existing employees on Payment Posting and Charge Entry.
- Explain ERA/835, EOB, adjustments, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and claim workflows.
- Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and monitor trainee performance.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations and QA to improve quality and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific guidelines.

Required Skills:-
- 3-6 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Hands-on experience in Payment Posting and Charge Entry.
- Prior experience as a Trainer, SME, Team Coach,Process coach.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
