Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced media and public relations professional to manage the day-to-day implementation of the project's media outreach and PR activities, working under the direction of the organisation's in-house leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute the approved media and PR plan and coordinate day-to-day activities.
- Coordinate with journalists, media organisations, publications and relevant media contacts.
- Prepare and circulate approved press releases, media notes, backgrounders and announcements.
- Coordinate media queries, interview requests and press interactions.
- Track media coverage, maintain coverage records and prepare periodic reports.
- Coordinate with internal content, creative and other project teams for accurate information and approved messaging.
- Maintain media contact databases and a schedule of planned communications.
- Monitor deadlines, approvals and outstanding media deliverables.




- Escalate sensitive media queries and reputational issues to senior leadership.
- Ensure that external communication follows approved messaging and authorisation procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in media relations, PR agencies or corporate communications.
- Strong writing, editing, media coordination and follow-up skills.
- Established understanding of print, television and digital media workflows.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Marathi and Hindi proficiency will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate A hands-on PR skilled who can manage execution, media coordination and reporting independently while working within an established communication strategy. Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
