The organization offers online and offline Sitar classes for beginners, hobby learners, working professionals seeking stress relief, and students preparing for Visharad exams. The business is a registered MSME and is located in Tathawade, Pune, Maharashtra, serving a growing community of music enthusiasts and aspiring artists.

Role Description The Media & Content Creator Intern (Photographer / Videographer) is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division. This position focuses on capturing high-quality photos and videos of classes, workshops, performances, and instruments to showcase the brand’s activities and offerings. The intern will assist in planning shoots, setting up lighting and audio, recording content, and organizing media files for social media, website, and promotional use.

Daily tasks include basic editing of footage, preparing short reels or clips,



collaborating with the teaching and marketing teams on content ideas, and maintaining a consistent visual style aligned with the brand. The role may also involve supporting live event coverage, behind-the-scenes content creation, and documenting student success stories.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear.
- Basic skills in photo and video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Visual storytelling skills, including framing, composition, and an eye for capturing engaging moments in educational and performance settings.
- Interest in content creation for social media platforms, with an understanding of short-form video trends and audience engagement.
- Strong organizational skills for managing media files, following shoot schedules, and meeting deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate respectfully with instructors, students, and team members.
- Genuine interest in music, arts, or education; familiarity with Indian classical music or Sitar is an advantage but not required.




- Current student or recent graduate in media, film, communication, design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Overview: We are seeking an energetic Photographer, Videographer, and Content Creator to capture the essence of our current branch launch, daily music classes, acoustic setup, and live events.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of music classes, student interactions, and branch activities.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional video content.
- Cover special events, workshops, and live classical performances.
- Collaborate with the team on creative visual concepts to build local brand awareness.

Requirements

- Good hands-on skills in photography, videography, and basic video editing (Mobile or Camera).
- Familiarity with short-form video content creation (Reels / Shorts).
- Availability for full-time offline work (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM) at our Bhumkar Nagar / Tathawade studio.
- Enthusiastic about music, art, and creative storytelling.
