Job Summary

Neeraj Communication is looking for a creative, attentive, and experienced Media & Creative Design Executive with a strong background in media, advertising, graphic designing, video editing, and animation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling social media accounts, creating engaging visual content, and using modern AI tools to enhance creative output.

Key Responsibilities

- Graphic Designing: Create attractive and qualified graphics, banners, posters, advertisements, and promotional creatives for digital and print media.
- Video Editing: Edit high-quality videos, reels, promotional videos, and advertising content for various platforms.
- Media & Advertising: Handle media-related activities and develop creative content for advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Animation: Create or coordinate animated videos, motion graphics, and other engaging visual content.
- Social Media Management: Manage all company social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and maintaining a consistent brand presence.
- AI Tools Utilization: Use AI-based tools to improve graphic designing, video editing, animation, and content creation workflows.
- Software Proficiency: Have a good working knowledge of CorelDRAW (CDR), Adobe Illustrator (AI), and other relevant graphic design and video editing software.
- Creative Execution:



Understand project requirements and deliver creative work within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy, creativity, consistency, and proper formatting in all designs and media content.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with the marketing and management teams to understand requirements and execute campaigns effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant experience in media, advertising, graphic designing, and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW (CDR) and Adobe Illustrator (AI).
- Good understanding of animation, motion graphics, and video production.
- Experience in managing multiple social media accounts.
- Knowledge of AI tools used for designing, editing, animation, and content creation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Location Preference: Candidates based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be creative, responsible, attentive, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage end-to-end creative work, from designing and editing to social media content management. Candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, animation, and advertising work will be preferred. Interested candidates may share their updated resume along with their portfolio or samples of previous work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
