Role & responsibilities To plan, coordinate, execute, and commission mechanical engineering projects for recent manufacturing facilities (Greenfield) and existing plant expansions, modifications, and upgrades (Brownfield). The role involves engineering coordination, equipment selection, technical procurement, installation, project execution, contractor management, commissioning, and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with approved specifications and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Project Planning and Execution

- Plan and execute mechanical projects from concept development and basic engineering through detailed engineering, installation, commissioning, and final handover.

- Develop project schedules, resource plans, cost estimates,



and execution strategies in coordination with the Project Manager.

- Prepare project scope documents, technical specifications, equipment lists, and bill of quantities (BOQ).

- Coordinate with process, civil, electrical, instrumentation, automation, procurement, production, and maintenance teams.

- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, and milestones.

- Identify project risks, technical constraints, and schedule deviations, and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company engineering standards and project procedures.
