Role & responsibilities

Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and mechanical equipment.

Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize production downtime.

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, TPM activities, and technical documentation.

Support equipment installation, commissioning, CAPEX projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Required Skills

Valuable knowledge of mechanical maintenance, HVAC, chillers, and air compressors.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of production equipment.

Knowledge of TPM, RCA, Kaizen, and spare parts management.

Preferred Machine Experience

Candidates with hands-on experience in the following machines will be preferred:

Pacmac Tube-Filling Machines

Pampac Automatic Cartoning Machines

Mespack Spout-Filling Machines

Liquipack Oil-Filling Machines

Self-Adhesive Labelling Machines
