Role: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Location: Adibatla, Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machinery.
- Inspect machines regularly and identify potential mechanical issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and compressors.
- Handle maintenance of CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth machine operations.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and maintenance records.
- Identify spare parts requirements and ensure availability.
- Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring breakdowns.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S, and housekeeping standards.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and machine repair skills.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems is an added advantage.
- Positive problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and attend breakdown emergencies.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
