– MEP Procurement Engineer

Mode: WORK FROM HOME

We are looking for an experienced MEP Procurement Engineer to manage the procurement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting materials and equipment for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Review project specifications, BOQs, drawings, and approved vendor lists.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare technical and commercial comparison statements.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranties.
- Coordinate technical compliance with the engineering and project teams.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up for approval.
- Monitor material submissions, approvals, manufacturing, and deliveries.
- Ensure materials are procured within the approved budget and project schedule.
- Maintain procurement logs, supplier records, and supporting documents.
- Identify reliable suppliers and develop credit facilities.




- Coordinate with accounts for supplier payments.
- Resolve delivery, quality, quantity, and documentation issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of MEP procurement experience.
- Robust negotiation, communication, and supplier-management skills.
- Ability to review technical specifications and commercial terms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement documentation.
- Experience in residential or high-rise building projects is preferred.
