: We are looking for Mechanical Design Engineer to execute complete Mechatronics development lifecycle. Should have hands on experience on Solid works, Auto cad. in mechanical design, detailed drafting, and close collaboration with manufacturing and project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with aerospace standards. Should be able to evolve drawings from concepts, should understand Manufacturing techniques (milling and sheet metal), adequate knowledge on coatings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and development of Sheet Metal & Machined enclosures using Computer Aided Design (CAD) Software • Creation of 2D drawings and 3D models, including detailed and assembly designs • Preparation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BoMs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) • Understanding and application of manufacturing processes such as machining, EDM, and sheet metal fabrication • Familiarity with electronic components and wiring harness design, including connector placement • Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T;) • Having handled process pertaining to AS9100 Assessed buildability,



manufacturability and integration capability of designed components in partnership with project engineers to ensure optimal quality of all deliverables • Close coordination with fabricators and vendors to ensure timely delivery of fabricated items.

- Active collaboration with project engineers to meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

• Strong expertise in mechanical design and drafting for aerospace and defence electronics applications • Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD for complex electromechanical assemblies • Ability to translate conceptual designs into manufacturable and production-ready drawings • Effective cross-functional communication and coordination skills to work with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams Qualifications &

Experience: ● Education: B.E. or M.Tech. (Mechanical) ● Experience: Minimum 4 years to 5 years of experience

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
