Required Design Engineer to convert customer and sales requirements into complete mechanical designs, 3D models, manufacturing drawings and BOMs for our machines, and to support Production, Purchase and Installation teams from order release to commissioning. The role is central to on-time, right-first-time manufacturing and to continuous improvement of our machine designs.

Experience in designing Special Purpose Machines (SPM), web-handling / converting equipment or industrial dryers will be an added advantage.

Experience - 4 years plus.

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks / Autodesk Inventor / Creo) and AutoCAD for 2D drawings [software TO BE CONFIRMED].
- Sound knowledge of machine design, GD&T;, tolerances and fits, material selection, fabrication and machining processes.
- Ability to prepare accurate BOMs and manufacturing drawings; working knowledge of ERP/PDM for drawing and BOM release.
- Knowledge of standard machine elements – bearings, rollers, shafts, couplings, gearboxes, chains and belts, pneumatics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
