What you'll do

- Analyze CAD assemblies made up of multiple parts to determine design intent and key constraints
- Build challenging technical questions from CAD models, then check the answers against those models for defensibility
- Assess AI-generated reasoning about mechanisms and kinematics, flagging conclusions that are inaccurate or unsupported
- Clarify ambiguous questions and document edge cases, disagreements, and traceability

Who this is for

- At least five years of experience with multi-part mechanical assemblies, from concept through completion, including creating and overseeing them
- Mastery in at least one CAD tool with parametric modeling, such as SolidWorks, Creo, NX, CATIA, Inventor, Fusion, Onshape or Solid Edge
- Strong written English communication skills, with a strong understanding of GD&T;, tolerance judgment, mechanisms, kinematics, assembly reasoning and design intent
- No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
