We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies, generate business leads, manage customer relationships, and drive business growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

- Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.

- Manage customer relationships and follow up on enquiries and quotations.

- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely customer responses.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Develop new markets and explore business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

- Maintain records of enquiries, sales activities, and marketing performance.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales and marketing targets.

- Handle digital marketing activities and online business enquiries.

Eligibility Criteria





- MBA in Marketing is mandatory.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing and business development.

- Experience in industrial manufacturing or engineering companies will be preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong customer-handling and business-development abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability
