Role Summary

Responsible for planning and executing events, activations, dcor initiatives, partnerships, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and mall footfalls. The role involves coordinating with agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and optimal budget utilization.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Activations

- Conceptualize and execute mall events, activations, and dcor initiatives.
- Develop presentations, event concepts, and activation proposals.
- Create project plans and ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Vendor & Agency Management
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for smooth delivery of campaigns.
- Manage creative development and marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
- Negotiate commercials and optimise vendor costs.

Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Build strategic partnerships, sponsorships, barter associations, and brand collaborations.
- Drive customer engagement and revenue generation through creative tie-ups.




- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer experience across all events and marketing touchpoints.
- Monitor execution quality and resolve operational challenges effectively.

Requirements

Education

- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred)
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an advantage

Experience

- 5-7 years of experience in Marketing, Events, Activations, or Brand Promotions
