Marketing Manager – Fly | Kochi

Fly, a premium entrepreneur development platform, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive across Kerala.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire recent members
- Meet entrepreneurs and business owners
- Conduct field meetings and close high-ticket sales
- Manage follow-ups and sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly targets

Requirements:
- 4–7 years experience
- B2B / high-ticket sales preferred
- Experience in EdTech, Real Estate, SaaS, Consulting
- Excellent Malayalam & English communication
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Willing to travel across Kerala
- Own vehicle preferred
