Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 1-4 years of experience to promote our range of alloy and metal products, generate new business opportunities, and maintain solid customer relationships. The candidate must be willing to travel regularly, attend exhibitions, independently handle projects, and coordinate with internal teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, customer visits, and online business portals such as IndiaMART.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote the company's alloy and metal products to industrial clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up until order closure.
- Independently manage assigned projects, customer accounts, and sales activities from inquiry to order execution.
- Regularly travel for customer visits, business development, and market expansion.
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to generate leads and build business relationships.
- Manage leads and inquiries received through IndiaMART and other online B2B platforms.
- Coordinate with the tender team for tender identification, documentation, submissions, and follow-ups.




- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, new markets, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and other internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the metal, alloys, steel, or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Robust customer relationship management and business development abilities.
- Experience with IndiaMART or other B2B business portals is preferred.
- Basic understanding of tenders and tender-related processes will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to independently handle projects, manage multiple activities, and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits, exhibitions, and business development activities is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
