Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead the overall brand, marketing, consumer and growth agenda for a fast-growing retail brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive the brand and marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Partner closely with the CEO, business, merchandising, retail and product teams to drive growth.
- Lead integrated ATL, BTL, digital, social, influencer, PR, CRM,VM and retail marketing initiatives.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, footfall and revenue growth.
- Build a strong omnichannel marketing strategy across retail, e-commerce and D2C.
- Own marketing budgets, ROI, performance metrics and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Leverage consumer insights, data and analytics to drive marketing and business decisions.




- Lead and mentor the marketing team and manage creative, media, digital and other agency partners.

Ideal Candidate

- 12-18 years of experience in Marketing/Brand leadership, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Consumer, Lifestyle, D2C or E-commerce.
- An individual who will take end-to-end ownership of the P&L; (Profit & Loss)
- Proven track record of building brands and delivering measurable business growth.
- Strong expertise across revenue generation+ brand building + VM + digital/performance + CRM+ Marketing.
- Commercially driven, consumer-focused and data-oriented.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing large teams, agencies and significant marketing budgets.
