About Iona Metals

Iona Metals specializes in stainless steel products, aluminium works, glass railings, staircases, handrails, and facade glass works for residential and commercial projects. We have our own fabrication workshop and a dedicated team for installation and project execution at various sites.

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Marketing Executive to expand our customer base, generate new business opportunities, and develop robust relationships with clients in the construction and interior fitting industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the company's products and services, including stainless steel products, aluminium works, glass railings, staircases, handrails, and facade glass works.
- Visit residential and commercial project sites to identify potential customers and upcoming projects.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the sales, fabrication,



and installation teams to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on pricing, and negotiate with clients to close sales.
- Maintain a database of customers, leads, project enquiries, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on customer visits, lead generation, sales progress, and market feedback.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, field sales, or business development.
- Experience in the construction, building materials, aluminium, stainless steel, glass, or interior fitting industry will be an advantage.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify potential customers and generate leads independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
