THE MISSION

Real estate and construction deals are made face to face and screen to screen. You will own every event, webinar and high-impact marketing moment at StrategicERP, from trade-show booths and customer meets to launch webinars with hundreds of live attendees. You are the person who makes it all run on time, on budget and on brand.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

■ Plan and execute trade shows, expos, roadshows, customer meets, partner events and launches

■ Run the full webinar cycle: topic, speakers, registrations, promotion, live hosting, follow-up and repurposing

■ Manage budgets, venues, vendors, booth design, logistics, collaterals and merchandise

■ Align design, content, sales and leadership into one seamless experience

■ Capture leads and make sure sales follows up within 24 to 48 hours

■ Handle speaker slots, award nominations, PR and media opportunities





■ Deliver post-event reports covering attendance, leads, pipeline and ROI

■ Build engagement programmes: user groups, newsletters and loyalty touchpoints

WHAT YOU BRING

■ 5+ years in B2B event, webinar and marketing-operations roles; tech / SaaS preferred

■ Proven record of delivering large events and high-attendance webinars on time and on budget

■ Sharp vendor negotiation, project management and multitasking skills

■ Excellent communication and presentation skills

■ Ready to travel across India for events

■ Comfortable with webinar platforms, CRM and AI productivity tools

■ Real estate / construction network is a plus

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
