Job Summary

Choudhary Dental Depot is looking for motivated, confident, and presentable Marketing Executives to promote dental products and expand our business across Darbhanga and surrounding districts.

The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to promote dental products, generate leads, develop customer relationships, and increase sales.

Candidates must be willing to travel within Darbhanga and to nearby towns and districts for regular field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to promote dental products.
- Conduct regular market visits in Darbhanga and surrounding districts.
- Travel outside Darbhanga to develop new markets and build customer relationships.
- Explain product features, benefits, and applications to doctors and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers and convert potential leads into sales.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Maintain customer records and submit regular field visit reports.
- Achieve assigned marketing and sales targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or lead generation preferred.
- Experience in dental, medical, pharmaceutical,



or healthcare product marketing will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Professional and presentable personality.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Darbhanga and surrounding districts.

Salary, Benefits and Perks

- Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000, depending on experience and skills.
- Petrol / Travel Allowance: Provided for eligible field marketing travel.
- Sales Incentives: Additional incentives based on sales performance.
- Accommodation: Provided when required for outstation business travel.
- Employment Type: Full-time, regular / permanent.

Work Location and Travel The base location is Darbhanga, Bihar. The role requires regular field visits within Darbhanga and to nearby towns and districts for customer meetings, product promotion, and business development. Candidates should be comfortable with local and outstation travel as required by business needs.
