Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through email, telephone, meetings and other business channels for Cryogenic and Non-Cryogenic equipment.
- Understand customer requirements, specifications, applications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Production, Quality and Commercial teams to assess technical and commercial feasibility.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations in line with customer requirements.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order finalisation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order execution, delivery schedules, documentation and customer commitments.
- Provide regular order status updates to customers and coordinate for payments / outstanding collections.
- Identify recent business opportunities and generate enquiries within the assigned territory.




- Conduct sales and marketing activities for Cryogenic and Non-Cryogenic equipment and services.
- Visit customers, project sites, consultants and EPC companies as and when required.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, negotiations and pre-bid meetings.
- Handle e-tender portals, monitor tender opportunities and coordinate preparation/submission of tenders.
- Maintain enquiry, quotation, order and customer follow-up records.
- Coordinate with management for sales targets, business development plans and market development.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer visits, business development and project follow-up.
