About the Role

- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team at Aliff Education Pvt. Ltd.

- The ideal candidate should be energetic, proactive, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- This role involves developing sponsorship opportunities, coordinating educational events, and supporting overall marketing initiatives across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential sponsors for Aliffs education fairs, seminars, and other events.

- Negotiate and coordinate with banquet halls, venues, and vendors for events and exhibitions.

- Plan, organize, and execute college events, education fairs, and promotional activities across various cities.

- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.

- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, institutions, and corporate partners.

- Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for brand visibility.





- Manage on-ground logistics and ensure brand representation during events.

- Support in creating event reports, feedback summaries, and post-event evaluations.

Key Requirements

- Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or event coordination.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Smart, confident, and proactive attitude.

- Willingness to travel Pan-India for events and meetings.

- Positive negotiation and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and within teams.

- Basic understanding of sponsorships, event marketing, and client relations.

- Comfortable working under flexible schedules during events.

Additional Details

- The role does not involve strict sales targets, but requires initiative and a marketing-driven mindset. Candidates with prior experience in education fairs, corporate tie-ups, or sponsorship management will be preferred.
