About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell our housekeeping, cleaning, and hygiene products to hospitals, hotels, resorts, and other institutional customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the institutional and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality establishments.
- Promote and sell housekeeping, cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene products to institutional customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to housekeeping managers, purchase managers, facility managers, and hospital administrators.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales enquiries and purchase orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and cost-effective cleaning solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and regular updates on business development activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in FMCG sales, institutional sales, or B2B marketing will be an advantage.
- Experience selling housekeeping, cleaning chemicals, hygiene products, or facility management supplies is preferred.
- Candidates with existing contacts in hospitals, hotels, resorts, and the hospitality industry will have an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
