Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activities, customer outreach, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should be interested in fieldwork, meeting customers, promoting company products or services, and building robust business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct field visits to meet potential customers, clients, and business partners.
- Promote company products and services in the assigned market.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Collect market information, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
- Support customer relationship management and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Prepare daily field visit reports and update marketing activity records.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- Any degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and interest to work in the field and travel as required.
- Confidence in meeting new people and interacting with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.

Candidate Preference We are looking for candidates who are genuinely interested in field marketing, customer interaction, market visits, and promotional activities. Candidates who prefer only office-based work may not be suitable for this position.
