Technical Skills

1. 10-13 years in heavy engineering / agriculture machinery / automotive manufacturing.
2. Robust hands on experience in:

Sheet metal fabrication

Welding processes

Powder coating & liquid paint systems

Industrial engineering & line balancing

Lean manufacturing deployment

Knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD / SolidWorks).

Exposure to ERP /MES systems.

Knowledge of TPM and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices.
