BAKERY INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

- Experience in bulk hiring for stores, kitchens and operations teams.
- Experience hiring corporate, managerial and senior-level positions.
- Strong sourcing skills through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.
- Ability to manage hiring managers and close positions quickly.
- Experience in recruitment MIS, reports and hiring targets.
- Someone who can build recruitment processes for a growing business.
Ideal candidate profile: Someone currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Senior Talent Acquisition qualified in a QSR, restaurant chain, bakery, cafe, or hospitality company, with experience in both bulk hiring and corporate recruitment.
