Location: Navi Mumbai

Compensation: Upto ₹8 LPA

Reports to: AGM- HR

Qualifications & Experience:

➢ Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline

➢ 8-10 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition roles

Key Responsibilities:

➢ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

➢ Conduct initial HR screenings and facilitate end-to-end interview coordination

➢ Oversee offer management, including roll-out and follow-ups

➢ Ensure smooth onboarding and completion of joining formalities

➢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation

➢ Administer and optimize the usage of ATS for effective recruitment tracking

➢ Monitor hiring pipelines and maintain structured candidate databases

➢ Prepare, analyze,



and present Recruitment MIS and HR reports

➢ Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to fulfil talent requirements within defined timelines

➢ Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards

Core Competencies

➢ Proven experience in ATS management and recruitment operations

➢ Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting

➢ Robust organizational and coordination skills

➢ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
