Role & responsibilities To lead and manage engineering procurement activities for the starch manufacturing plant, ensuring timely availability of engineering materials, equipment, spare parts, consumables, and project-related supplies at optimum cost and required quality.

The role involves strategic sourcing, vendor development, commercial negotiations, purchase planning, contract management, inventory optimisation, and coordination with engineering, projects, maintenance, production, finance, and stores teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations and successful execution of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
