Job Purpose The Manager – Capex & Opex Procurement will be responsible for purchasing capital equipment, projects, services and operational items, ensuring they are procured on time, at the right cost and as per approved budgets and company policy.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure capital items such as plant machinery, equipment, utilities and civil/project works.
- Procure operational items and services such as spares, consumables, IT, facility, AMC and other indirect requirements.
- Prepare RFQs, obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements for approval.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Create, track and close purchase orders (POs) and work orders.
- Ensure all purchases are within approved Capex and Opex budgets.




- Develop recent vendors and evaluate vendor performance.
- Work closely with Projects, Engineering, Production, Finance and Admin teams.
- Prepare and share regular MIS reports on spend, savings and open orders.

Qualification and Experience

- Graduate / Post-graduate (B.E./B.Tech preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in Capex and Opex / indirect procurement.

• ** Must be from the Alcobev or FMCG industry.

Skills Required

- Negotiation and vendor management
- Budget control and cost analysis
- Contract and PO management
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills

CTC could go upto 17 LPA .
