About theRole: Weare looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to drive strategicalliances and partnerships for redBus. The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor onboarding and managing partnerships with platforms of various sizes anddomains to distribute bus inventory through redBuss Business API and PWA solutions .

KeyResponsibilities:

Strategic Alliances & DistributionPartnerships: Identify, engage, and onboard potential partners (e.g., OTAs, travel platforms,super apps, aggregators, Fintech platforms, etc) to integrate redBussinventory via API and PWA solutions.

Business API & PWA Integration: Work with internal and externalstakeholders to ensure smooth integration, onboarding, and scaling of businesspartnerships.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-termrelationships with key partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and revenuegrowth.

PerformanceTracking & Optimization: Monitor partner performance, analyze data, and drive initiatives to improveconversion, adoption, and overall business impact.





Market Research & CompetitiveAnalysis: Stayupdated on industry trends, competition, and emerging partnershipopportunities.

Cross-functionalCoordination: Collaborate with product, tech, marketing, and operations teams to enableseamless execution of partnership initiatives.

KeyRequirements:

Education MBA is a must

Experience: 3-6 years of experience in alliances,partnerships, business development, or related roles, preferably in travel,fintech, or e-commerce.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of API & PWAintegrations, platform partnerships, and collaboration models.

Negotiation & Relationship Management: Solid deal-making, negotiation, andstakeholder management skills.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse businessperformance metrics and drive data-backed decisions.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with digital products,APIs, and platform integrations is a plus.
