Position: Manager – Legal (Transactions)

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-calibre Transaction Lawyer whose core expertise lies in structuring, drafting, negotiating, and successfully closing complex commercial and real estate transactions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of independently handling high-value transactions, delivering commercially viable legal solutions, and enabling seamless deal execution while effectively managing legal and business risks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end commercial and real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of agreements, including Land Acquisition Agreements, Land Aggregation transactions, Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), Development Management Agreements (DMAs), Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, Lease Deeds, Development Agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other commercial contracts.
- Structure transactions from a legal and commercial perspective to facilitate smooth deal closure.
- Conduct legal due diligence, title verification, risk assessment, and provide transaction advisory.
- Work closely with business teams, consultants, government authorities, and external counsel to drive timely completion of transactions.




- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements while safeguarding the Company's legal interests.

Qualification & Candidate Profile

- LL.B. from a reputed law school/university with a minimum of 70% marks or CGPA 8.0/10 (or equivalent). Candidates from premier law institutions will be preferred.
- 5–10 years of core transactional legal experience, preferably with a leading real estate developer, infrastructure company, or reputed corporate/law firm.
- Demonstrated expertise in transaction structuring, contract drafting, negotiations, legal due diligence, and deal execution.
- Strong commercial acumen, exceptional legal drafting, analytical reasoning, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple high-value transactions in a fast-paced setting.
