Role & responsibilities

Accounting Manager is responsible for supervising a team of accountants overlooking all the Accounts/Finance department activities including but not limited to Accounts Payable, GL Accounting, Banking, Bank Account & Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Fixed Assets & Prepaid Expenses/Amortization, Depreciation, Inter-Company Accounting, External Audit support, Financial Reporting, Tax & Statutory Compliance etc

Preferred candidate profile

Chartered Accountant/CPA/CIMA/ACCA • 5+ years of work experience in Accounting/Finance, including 2-3 years supervisory experience preferably in BPO/KPO/ITES industry.

- Experience with Oracle NetSuite highly preferred • Exposure to other popular Accounting applications, such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP • Experience with Microsoft Office, including excellent Excel skills • Strong ability to collaborate with all levels across the organization • Robust English communication skills, both written and verbal with problem solving ability • Strong attention to detail • Work under stress with interruptions and deadlines • Supporting & coordinating with onshore team based out of US offices
