Job Purpose

Responsible for providing input and ensuring implementation of the organizational IT department to achieve its current and future business objectives

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

TECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL:

- At least 8+ years of experience in Team management, Shift Planning, escalation management, Reporting's, RCA & Corrective actions.




- At least 6+ years of production experience within the Data IO or Data Management or Delivery Management Roles.
- Expert level knowledge of Data tools such as Aspera P2P, Aspera Faspex,Signiant, Media shuttle, Shot grid etc., Well-versed in industry-specific practices.
- Advanced knowledge of the Windows, MAC & Linux operating system with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

OPERATIONAL:

- Responsible for Developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards for the department.
- Hands-on experience of managing ticketing tools (such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint etc).
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Conducting yearly/half yearly performance reviews as necessary.
- Data Management, Processing and Quality Control.
- Team Leadership and Resource Planning.
