KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist the team with sourcing, evaluating and onboarding potential project partners

- Conduct due diligence as per the Company Grant Assessment Framework

- Facilitate execution of grant agreements, track pay-outs, and drive activities as per project schedule

- Conduct extensive visit to field for project monitoring purposes

- Maintain MIS with complete and accurate information for all projects

- Extend operational support required to drive employee volunteering initiatives

- Document positive stories of change for internal and external communication MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED

- Prior experience of working in a CSR & Sustainability department of a Company

- Should be able to navigate between multiple projects across thematic areas





- Sound knowledge of CSR rules and management of grant

- Should hold a Bachelors degree, preferably in social sciences or NGO management
