BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify recent business opportunities, acquire clients, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or field sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, field visits, and other channels.
- Acquire and manage corporate clients, fleet owners, vehicle owners, and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and regular follow-ups.
- Identify market trends and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution and client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines,



and business development reports.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–8 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Field Sales.
- Experience in automotive, leasing, mobility, transportation, or related industries is preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in client acquisition and business development.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Kannada proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits in Bangalore.
