WE’RE HIRING | Manager – Business Development, Growth & Compliance

We’re looking for a real estate professional who understands the business beyond transactions — someone who can identify new growth opportunities while leading end-to-end regulatory compliance, liaisoning, and project approval processes.

What You’ll Own

- Business Development & Growth: Identify recent business opportunities, evaluate potential projects, explore strategic partnerships, and drive business expansion.
- Real Estate Compliance: Lead end-to-end statutory and regulatory compliances related to real estate projects.
- Approvals & Sanctioning: Manage development permissions, building plan approvals, commencement certificates, and other project-related sanctions.
- Liaisoning: Coordinate with PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, revenue authorities, and other relevant government departments.
- RERA & MahaRERA: Oversee registrations, ongoing compliances, documentation, disclosures, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Execution:



Work closely with leadership, legal, finance, design, and project teams to convert opportunities into viable business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

- 8–12+ years of relevant experience in real estate business development, approvals, liaisoning, and compliance.
- Robust working knowledge of Maharashtra real estate regulations, RERA/MahaRERA, development control regulations, and sanctioning procedures.
- Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities.
- Strong government liaisoning, negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
- A strategic thinker who can take ownership from opportunity identification to approvals and execution readiness.
