Manager – Aviation Strategy & Partnerships

Role Overview

Join TNC Aviation on its journey to expand its footprint across the global aviation industry. This role offers the opportunity to engage with international Flight Training Organisations (FTOs), aviation academies and industry leaders, while exploring new markets, building strategic relationships and contributing to the growth of TNC’s diverse aviation businesses.

The position offers exposure to international collaborations, partnership development, business expansion initiatives and opportunities for domestic and international travel, depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and establish partnerships with international flight schools, FTOs, aviation academies, simulator training providers, airlines and other aviation organisations.
- Explore opportunities to expand TNC’s existing aviation training and recruitment businesses across domestic and international markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including aviation professionals, institutional leaders and decision-makers across global markets.
- Identify and onboard new corporate clients for TNC’s airline hiring and recruitment business, developing long-term relationships and exploring opportunities for continued engagement.
- Research emerging markets, assess potential partners and identify recent business verticals, services and collaborative opportunities aligned with TNC’s growth plans.
- Engage with prospective partners to understand their requirements, explore areas of collaboration and develop mutually beneficial business proposals.
- Participate in industry meetings, partner visits, aviation events and business development trips to strengthen TNC’s industry presence and develop current relationships.
- Lead partnership discussions, coordinate commercial negotiations and work towards finalising agreements that create sustainable business opportunities.




- Explore new revenue streams through strategic alliances, institutional collaborations and the expansion of existing client relationships.
- Work closely with management and internal teams to evaluate opportunities, develop growth initiatives and support the successful implementation of new partnerships.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, commercial operations or relationship management.
- Aviation industry experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in flight training, airlines, aviation management, simulator training or related aviation businesses will be particularly relevant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and engage confidently with stakeholders across different markets.
- An interest in the global aviation industry and an understanding of its business landscape, training ecosystem or commercial opportunities.
- Ability to research potential partners, identify opportunities and develop a structured approach to building new business relationships.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate ideas and explore mutually beneficial collaborations.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the initiative to take ownership of opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and internal teams.
- Comfortable engaging with international stakeholders across different cultures and business environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for preparing presentations, researching opportunities and maintaining business development records.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for partner meetings, industry events and business expansion initiatives.
